My ikigai review! I first met Christina through the organization for women's entrepreneurship hosted by Women Do Business.Her task was to teach us what is "ikigai" and that was the day that changed everything for me. When she showed us the diagram with the "ikigai" circles I felt my own circles become aligned, in full harmony and in collaboration with one another! Purpose Coaching Having gone through coaching before and not finding it useful or impactful, I was hesitant about going down this route again. However I am very delighted I did, Christina is a great coach and has formulated a framework that really works! Going through this course I was able to learn things about myself that I never knew, make clear and intentional decisions on what I want and how I want to spend my time going forward and have a realistic plan to do it. I achieved my long term goal faster with this coach Previously without a coach (without Christina), I went into loneliness and difficult times in my life where I didn't get any help or guidance from anyone. So, I started reading the books and got some guidance to move on. But it's all the general guidance. After having my personal coach.
