When I ask them: What do they really mean? They are unsure.

By the end of our coaching series, they realise that IMPACT is not a fluffy concept; it can be measured.

There are two aspects to having an impact: quality and quantity of impact.

Quality is the Difference you can make.

Quantity is the Scale you want to reach.

Impact is specific, tangible and measurable.

Impact is not an elusive dreamer’s chimera.

It is the Purpose Leader’s vision of their Desired Destination.
